yay Tone, stand up for your woman!!! I pretty much eat like this everyday. Sometimes I eat other foods. I make sure to change things up every once in a while to prevent monotony. As for the eggs, I don't eat 12 whole eggs. I throw most of the yolk away. I eat 2-3 whole eggs and the rest, only the egg whites.
tooxshort, 150 g of whey protein is not good for you. The body needs more than 1 source of protien. Eating a variety of whole foods insures you get all the essential amino acids.
I agree, a lot of people don't realize just how difficult it is to grow muscle. You have to eat a shit load of food. It's easy to burn fat. I can lose 30 lbs in 3 months (done it before). However, it's impossible to build 30 lbs of lean muscle in that same amount of time without drugs. I have to eat 6-7 times a day every day, bust my ass in the gym, and rest 8 hrs a day. It's a tough life being a bodybuilder.

I want to start working out a little. Nothing drastic that requires equipment, just stuff I can do at home in a few minutes. Any suggestions? I'd really love some arm muscles. pushups maybe?

misombra, I'm not really sure. I don't count how many calories I eat. When I was bulking up, I used to eat roughly 5,000 calories a day. I reached 205 lbs. at my heaviest. I've slimmed down to 180 lbs b/c I feel better at this weight.

ha ha ha, finally someone asked me. B/c I'm between heaven and earth. I'm not tainted by some of the flaws that are present in humans but I'm not quite perfect... yet.
