I just finished sending the 6 CD's to Ames.

I was always the unofficial music mixer for my team.

I sent one CD every day down to NOLA in hopes she would get them one at a time, but apparently it didn't work out that way as she received the first two on the same day.

The last CD I sent today was "Bright Eyes" album, which between me and her means something, and with that, the infamous letter.

She's already e-mailed me telling me how much she loves the "Rock" mix I sent her. That was my greatest hope as I put the most effort into that one. And she's looking at apartments to lease for the next few months in NOLA. So it doesn't sound like she'll be movin' back to Texas right away afterall.

No, as much as I'd like to, no.

Her house is gonna be crazy packed with people, there's even people from Hands On that are going home with her for Christmas, and her parents take in orphans too. It's just gonna be nuts, we'll probably have very little privacy and tickets are crazy expensive for that time.

We'll already talkin' about January though, by then she might have her own place in NOLA.
