i found out today she likes both of us, even though she didnt like the other guy before this date:S and i think the other guy did win her because, her friend says she likes both of us but she likes me because im fun to hang out with and he protects her i guess:s

It seems like Hannah might have gone with this other guy to make you jealous so that she didn't seem like she was longing for you.
And although she may or may not have gone on this date with an intention of starting a relationship, its apparent to me that this other guy may have won her heart.

If you really liked Hannah you should have made a move sooner.

Instead you hesitated and it sounds like you basically got the worst case scenario, you lost both girls/friends.

And I think now you only want Hannah because you don't want to feel like you've lost her.
