Maybe... try kahlua, amaretto, creme de cacao and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Makes only enough for 1, no matter what quantities of ingredients you use.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I've only encountered one twice. maybe it's one of those things that gets stuck in the cupboard and nobody remembers to use.

haha i think i went through two blenders already, but i've probably used them a total of 10 times. people love to make smoothies, but they hate the clean up, even if it's so easy.

how did you go through them? *scared*.. this isn't even mine, I don't want to break it!

what now? cleaning up is as simple as rinsing and wiping down the main container thingie and washing the top... Unless of course you leave the top off while blending. then cleaning up really IS messy.

Ice is hard on a blender. It tends to burn out the motor (unless you are using one of those industrial ones). If you can put crushed ice into the blender instead of cubes, that should help.

instead of crushing the ice with a hammer why don't you just wait until it melts, it'll be super easy on the blender then.

if you screw a healthy diet, an unhealthy diet will screw you!

actually, I shouldn't talk because I ate way too much today. all good and healthy stuff, but too much of it. too much variety here..
