Yes I've been doing it for about a month now and I've already started to see results. My penis is SLIGHTLY bigger, but the main benifet so far is that my erections are much harder and I can maintain them longer. I've also noticed that the time I can go with out ejaculating has increased but I believe this is mostly because I'm also practicing kegels but to say the least my performance has been GREATLY enhanced. IMHO jelqing and kegels should be two exercises that every guy should practice on a regular basis.

EDIT: Oh and something I've found that facilitates jelqing is to wrap your penis in a very warm, damp wash cloth for a few minutes before and after you jelq, this is sorta like getting warmed up before you exersize.

I've heard those "pump" things they advertize over ther internet leave you with a deformed penis becuase, really , you're sucking/expanding and probably bursting veins much in the same way as hickies. I was going to suggest that this "milking" may be just as bad, but I guess it sounds different.
