I also looked on the Quiksilver site, and apparently they've never had a Legends event.

Mate I'm almost certain the chick in that first pic is Aussie freak Stephanie Gilmore. Hang on... I'll find a pic

To me, its self evident both these girls are Stephanie Gilmore. That's because:

1. They look the same
2. The skill level of the girl(s) in the photos. There's only a handful of women in the world that could pull of turns like these. I doubt the dumb broad you've been talking to is one of them.
3. See those stickers on her board? They're her sponsors. Rip Curl, Von Zipper (sunnies) and DHD (surfboard shapers). DHD is an Aussie owned company, and their boards are shaped by an Aussie. They wouldn't sponsor some Indiana-dwelling yank.
4. This shot, like the first one, is from the first event of the Women's tour at the Gold Coast in northern Oz. It's open only to the top 44 women surfers in the world and a handful of wildcards.

That girl sure loves to lie a lot. She tries to cover up the picture of a famous surfer, and does not even tries to correct you on calling the tour by the wrong name, and then is all over the place. And I would think with a famous surfer you would recognize their board from a picture like that, let alone the person.

I did look up the place she said she was in Australia, and that did checked out and it does seem to have surfing as well and it is in the coral reef area.

But DarkDwarf if you do talk to her again, ask for a link to webpage that actually mentions the tour with dates and the type of tour it is. If she can't provide one, then I would say stop talking to her, because she is just digging her self a hole here.
