Eck.. my gf can't orgasm with me inside her. Penetration just doesn't do it for her, even if it lasts for 30 minutes. I'm an average size, not too big or small, so I guess it's just her physiology. Must be nice to be with someone who CAN get off from intercourse. My gf just says it tingles all over and "feels really nice" but I can get her going for a solid 2-3 minutes before she starts hurting and make her gush all over the sheets with oral, so I guess I'm blessed in that respect.
Having to lay on the wet spot afterward is a pain in the ass, though.
Oh, the original question.. it always depends on her mood.
