I don't understand, what do you want us to say? It seems like there's no way out of your situation. Your bf (ex?) is a jerk. You've obviously already researched services that comb the internet for your photos (and presumably remove them), what more do you need to hear? Unless you have access to his files so that you can delete the photos, there's nothing more to do to except to stop worrying about it. You will get no joy from worrying about that which you cannot change.
