My family sucks for birthdays, too. If you can believe this, my son and I have the same birthday, but frequently my mother sends only one of us a card. I don't care if I am forgotten (I've had enough birthdays anyway), but it REALLY sucks when I get a card and he gets nothing. I'd rather she just ignored us all.
