Haha, we have a shotgun and a glock in the house(which I can't stand). Chris won't do it though, he'd rather hear me bitch. It's actually feeling a tad bit better this morning. I had the day off on Friday and didnt' do the usual amount of running around, just laid down and kept quiet. It's helped some!

I'm going on almost a week of this torture. I want to cry every moment of the day. NOTHING is helping. I've been through this sooo many times before, but this is more intense than the past. Someone just pull my leg off. Better yet just the beat the hell out of my back.

Illusional! Shame on you! Can't you see she's looking for support?

The most helpful thing you could do right now is to help her hold up those knockers of hers. Now THAT would be supportive. Come on- just grab 'em and hold 'em up!

aw squirl i'm so sorry. get a lot of rest and take a lot of time for yourself. warm baths, long naps, give yourself some pampering. sometimes flareups happen because we're so stressed out.

take time to love yourself. tell your man to give you a massage.
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.

    Are you taking any anti-inflammatories?
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

Oh yea, ibuprofin. Or tylenol arthritis, if this isn't calmed down by Monday I'm calling surgeon. I don't want surgery but maybe he can give me something stronger. I don't want pain killers, but relief. I itch like a mad dog when I take pain killers now.(took so many of the ****ers Ive become allergic to them no lie) I asked my honey to shave my legs lastnight Misombra and he said "oh gross". I get no pampering right now...

Get yourself to a spa. Have them shave your legs & get a backrub while your there. Tell hubs its your early M-day prezzie.

FWIW, I know you've seen docs for your back but have you seen a good physio? My back has been bothering me for a while so I went. Turns out what I thought the problem was, wasn't actually the problem at all. She released the facets b/t two of my vertebrae (which were pinching a nerve) & things are a lot better now.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

Have you thought of alternative therapies. I've heard good responses in pain control using accupuncture (I dont know about with herbalism though????). Maybe alternative medicine might help. It tends to be good with chronic diseases.
