She's trying to say "don't date me because I'm immature."

What does it matter what she's trying to say? Why do you want to date someone that is immature and plays stupid games?

I'm sure she doesn't mean it that way, because she knows how it's like being fooled etc.

But I don't now how many times she did that, who knows maybe it happened once, we don't know for sure.

I still want it to work out, hence why I ask if you can tell anything else instead of immaturity, as I won't give up on he for that

She's trying, in her own way, to play hard to get.
She's 16, she's not experienced when it comes to handling intimate relationships.

Just give her your attention, ask her to hang out/out, etc. If she seems totally put off, then just leave her alone. She seems interested in some way by the information you gave us.

She also said she didn't have feelings for me, prior her decision of not having contact for a while

Dude, you're going to realize that NO ONE understands women. To try and figure out why they are doing something is stupid. I don't understand why this bothers you so much. Maybe she's making sure you're not talking about her because she gets sick to her stomach every time she looks at you.

It doesn't matter. She said she doesn't want to be with you so move on.
