The rest doesn't matter nearly as much. Looks, okay, average is fine, cute is a plus, bimbo proportions is a negative, and of course as annoying as biology is there is a certain something that appeals just to me, no idea what it is.
Availability, well, moderate importance, nice to be with someone who's available so that you can meet up with regularly.

But definitely personality is the crucial ingredient, I have a serious problem being with a girl that I don't have a crush on.
