I've had some seriously screwed up sexual dreams in my day. Best thing to do is ignore them. They don't mean anything but if you obsess over why you were wearing a French Maid's outfit and tickling your grandpa with an ostrich feather you'll go mad.

I would recommend talking to a priest or a counselor. If you are not Catholic then you can try talking to your pastor or other local spiritual leader/mentor.
