Love can only exist with communication. If you want him to say it more you should tell him that you like to hear it. Guys aren't mind readers. Also tell him it bothers you when he doesn't respond to your texts. Some people are just not phone people, some use it as an evil device to **** with your head. You gotta be able to figure out which one he is.
