I think you need to get an honest, even critical opinion from someone in real life. It's possibly something easily taken care of that you're just unaware of. Do you have any trusted females you could ask, ones that won't blow smoke up your ass about "finding the right girl"?

What you need is an assessment.

you are right, I need assessment, but unfortunatly i don't have any female friends (see how desperate I am )
and the girls that I know, they are not that close to ask them for advice.

one other thing, when I say to girls, "what about doing something together sometime"
they say "yeah, sure"

but when it comes to determining a date and a place for doing that, then they become busy!
