I think they should bring humiliation back. The stocks might be nice. Just put a big fat dude there, like Rikishi, and have him rub his sweaty balls and asscheeks on him for a few weeks.
Put the thugs in the pink bunny costumes (with little ears) and wrap a chain around their neck. Have them prance around at the zoo for all to see.
