Mine's one that a friend and I drew up togther. Now all we have to do is figure out where to build it. Right now he's pushing for Australia...I want Utah (he'll probably win.)

it's absolutly amazing. HUGE kitchen, amazing double-story library with a giant fireplace, and most important, an absolutly stunning Ballroom, complete with high vault ceilings, chandeliers and a Grand stair case.

If you need any input on how it'd work out climate-wise here in Australia, feel free to send a draft and I could have a look at it just for kicks.

He's actually in Australia right now and hid the plans before he left in January. give me another year and I'll get them back. lol

There's a house right down the street from my sister's house right on the American River... It's a little house, only 2 bedrooms in the main house, plus a detached office with a bathroom in it that could easily be made into living quarters. There's a pool, too. My sister and I broke in to have a look around while it was being constructed.

I would love to move there with my daughter, and my husband could stay in LA and commute for holidays.
