I actually tried this two nights ago. We barely saw a couple shooting stars, and it was cold, which was a great excuse to cuddle under a blanket, but a pretty serious disappointment as far as "meteor showers" go.

I actually tried this two nights ago. We barely saw a couple shooting stars, and it was cold, which was a great excuse to cuddle under a blanket, but a pretty serious disappointment as far as "meteor showers" go.

At least you got a cuddle. I got up at 4am to watch the LCROSS impact. What a disappointment. Completely boring, the moon didn't blow up even a little bit.
