Well, In my opinion, trolls are people too, as are internet bullies. Rather than look at them as inconviences, it would help to try a little understanding.

"Trolling" will forever be consistent in a forum and the levels of trolling will vary from site to site.

Anyway, people who are entertained by insulting, harassing, bullying and hurting another person... I find something odd about that.

Eh, I see your point, but honestly - the people who have been whining about being "victimized" publicly have universally been the most annoying posters on the board, so I am having a hard time mustering up sympathy. At least Bored George took his lumps like a man.

Anyway, I am staying away from the mod bashing. I wouldn't want their job. The pay sucks, and people whine too much.

Coco, instead of "popping back" why not use the report button and report that person's insult? That's what it's there for essentially.

As much as we'd all like it to, the notion of fairness on a private forum like this is never going to be fully realized. There are too many varied opinions about what is insulting and harrassing and different interpretations of the rules. For example, BG was double-posting most of the time since his posts were basically about the same thing over and over just worded a different way. I doubt HE would see it that way, but the mods did, and that's why his posts got moved.

Whenever someone gets banned or a thread closed, there are always people who are unhappy about it. There are some who are glad they don't have to put up with that person's posts. There are an equal amount who could care less.

You can't please everyone all the time. Personally I think the mods do the best they can under the circumstances.
