Perhaps we should just stick to the court papers, since that's what was asked and not general opinions/advice.
Anyways, I'm drawing a blank in terms of legal paperwork, though I do find it curious that child support costs is an issue if he's rich.

He needs to hire a private investigator to find them. The fact that his sole concern is about the possible fiscal responsibility he might be forced to face makes him look really bad to me. Does he truly not give a shit about his kid?
