Still as an architect, but self-employed and high up enough to be focused on the conceptual and more creative stages.

if money were no object i would create my own paradise, a huge expanse of land with no chance of conventional farming affecting my land and no fly zone to prevent rocket fuel from entering the air, my own mountains, rivers, animals that roam around freely; my own organic heaven. i would create my own hydro electric system, have an electric car to leave the zone when i feel like it. have the area as pure as possible. then my job would be to sell my produce at farmers markets to which i drive my electric car to

Language. That's the only reason. My french is reasonable (most of N.Africa) and I could get fluent in espanol fairly quickly given how easy I found it in S.America.

I think I'd paint houses part time and focus on my drawing and painting.

Setup research facilities to advance our tech. Since money is no object, Scientific progress will be in a lot more than what it is today. Also build farms to feed everyone.

The one I have right now
    Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame
    God or the Devil

I see what you're saying...by the money not being an object I meant to say if what they paid you wasn't an object, making minimum wage was kosher with you...what would you do?
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
    blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
    A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
    Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
    Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?

    I'd be a disaster chaser.

In fact there's these guys that are first responders to large disasters.

They pull up with big trucks and bulldozers, and backhoes.

It would be like my AmeriCorps days x100.

I would be a hero all the time.

I'd run a school to train poolboys to do their job correctly.

Barring that, I think being a nurse is a great job.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
