A mature, stable guy will know and understand his own wants and desires. Relationships require open communication between both partners about their wants and desires, but this guy is simply toying with you in the hopes of baiting you into an activity that you're not sure of. One of you has to call it like it is, and judging from his behavior, it won't be him. He's probably very immature and very unsure of how to even broach the subject, which leads me to believe that he doesn't have any business having sex right now. He simply has no idea what he's doing. Or maybe he does. But if he does, then it really supports the idea that he's toying with you on this subject.

Be wary of people who can't be straight up with you. Especially about stuff like this.

Otheriwse he's never "creepy" or agressive though and for the most part he always makes sure I'm comfortable with everything and anything.

the problem is that sex and initmacy are supposed to be the basics that a couple feel comfortable with, or it can start to get worrying for one of the partners.
