*UPDATE*
well we had our meeting, and this time was so different. There was hardly any social chat, I got one word answers from her and she didnt ask many questions really, the meeting lasted about 5 minutes. The time before ( 3 weeks ) ago she was full of social questions, It's like 2 different people. She did tell me last time that she just split from her husband ( she married young ) so I don't know whats happening here. I couldnt ask her out this time, there was hardly any interaction.

Pretty sure you creeped her out by sneakily fabricating excuses to see her at work instead of being straightforward and asking her out. I'd be creeped out by that, anyway.
