Of course there are exceptions, but I'd have to say on average, yes, noticeably to significantly tighter. Some have suggested that this is because of the difference in average body size, but I disagree for two reasons: 1) the correlation between body size and genital size is very small to non-existent, and 2) the difference is too large to be attributed to body size alone.

Why do you say that? Is that based on personal experience? Say what you want, but that has been mine. Of course, there are no definitive studies on the subject, but most that have studied penis size have found that asian men are smaller on average than men of caucasian and african descent, and to a degree greater than could be attributable other factors such as height, weight, etc. It is not a great leap of logic (particularly given the human development process) to believe that asian women would be similarly endowed.
