thanks for all the replies. i think i just need to give her space and move on in the mean time, which I am doing. though it's hard because we both work together. i know she has bad traits that have been displayed because of this situation but so have i. we both found ourselves acting in ways that we never thought would happen. i can out weigh the negative with the positive though because she's just human, a confused human, with a shitty past and a shitty current situation. she'll miss me, and all the times i made her happy. she'll compare, like any human would.

.... and, as usual (not unique) you (like all the others in your situation) justify with platitudes and excuses that make it right in your own minds. It was WRONG and it was builit on sand. Nothing is right about it. NOTHING. Accept that it's wrong and there's no excuse for it or you'll find yourself being a cheater or an enabler once again in your lifetime.
