If it is, just don't let it affect your play, and honestly you can try telling her she's not welcome. Or just have your friends rob them when they leave...they can't tell anyone.

Its real and for money but not illegal.. im not going to rob the game for 1000 bucks dude.. I win every week so ill just do that.

Issue here is i havent gone in a few weeks, also if him and her have 5 people they would rather keep the players than just keep me... but i guess i can ask her nicely to not come.

Where the hell do you live? I host a weekly game in my house, and I know of a dozen other local "illegal" games. People do it for fun, we're not playing in a basement selling crack out the back door while hotboxing the poker room and fighting a turf war at the same time.
