How old is she?
24....but without talking about her, in this case, would you still feel bad dating her, knowing she's suffering? Could you stay with her just because you need affection?
If you see the potential to fall in love with her then I don't see a problem in staying with her. If you don't think she's someone you could ever love then the best thing to do, since she has those feelings for you, is to end it. For both of your sakes. It's not fair on her (giving her false hope and not allowing her to move on and find someone else who might love her) and it's not fair on you (it will get harder as time goes by to end it and it won't do your self esteem any good staying with somebody you know you could never love just because you need affection).
What did I just say about being a user?......
I did. It was a mistake.
Love isn't shown with words, it's shown with actions. That said, men in particular (but not only men) rely too heavily on gestures and don't say it enough. You can't say it too much. I tell my wife every day that I love her. Sometimes I text her at work just to say so.
Relationships end. People get hurt. But stay with someone that you don't love is just plain stupid.
No because he actually means it.
