I know it is sometimes difficult to believe but a heterosexual man is attracted to a woman for... being a woman. :-)

That too but do not overestimate the importance of vagina. It tends to depreciate in value terribly over time. OTOH, such things as kindness, mutual respect, ability to communicate, tenderness tend to appreciate.
