I don't think that telling your love that his penis is too small is a good idea. Open communication is good but not if it's going to hurt someone or possibly give him a complex. Doing that might just stir up more problems. Maybe try to introduce some toys, a dildo, vibrator, whatever you think might help, into your sexual experiences. And really from my experience yes big is good but -- one of the best lovers I have had was also the smallest. So you can rest assured that sometimes technique can make up for it.
