So here is that last response: "Well whaddaya know. C'est la vie. Life's going pretty well so far. I just moved back home at the beginning of the summer after graduating with my bio degree under my belt. I've still got some figuring out to do as far as how I'm going to spend the next couple of years (and where). I also went on a pretty sweet vacation with a close friend from school recently. How about you?"

I was thinking about describing what I've been up to, making some general comment about the things in her life and then asking if she'd want to meet up for coffee so's I can hear all about it and get to know her. Stupid? Utterly retarded idea?

I sort of forgot about what to do about my suddenly not responding for days. Say "Sorry I was busy"? or not even mention it?

Say life got hectic, didn't mean to leave you on hold. Then act interested about her.
Life is a song - sing it. Life is a game - play it. Life is a challenge - meet it. Life is a dream - realize it. Life is a sacrifice - offer it. Life is love - enjoy it.
