Seriously that is weird. When I'm out I hug female friends all the time and sometimes more flirty than that, even if I know they have a boyfriend. A bar is a social scene and that is common IMO, and no sane women would think just cause some guy putting her arm her would assume that everyone else thinks she is talken. To be honest, and this blunt, she would of never said that unless there was an issue, even women with boyfriends at the bar will let another guy get a little close, it is almost a status symbol, if her boyfriend gets all the better. Honesty can be a bitch.
