Thats more of a red flag. Your only with him 3nights per week and hes lying, getting defensive etc. I think you already know hes a cheat but you refuse to admit it to yourself without proof. Lie detector test?

Saying that, he is not on his own the other nights, his son is always there. I know what you'll say, whether I'm sure his son wouldn't cover up for him, well no I'm not sure. He has a really sweet son and obviously he loves his dad and I'm not sure whether he wouldn't cover up for him.

I think youd be happier without him. You dont trust him which is hell for anyone to live like that. Your full of doubts and being with him will only make you lose confidence and question your own sanity. I think you have enough reason to leave. You have lots of proof-that text, the 3 incidents, his lies, his defensive anger screams guilt. Theres better men out there
