Could be he was content with you but not 'feeling it'. He knows your a good person, feels badly for hurting you and needs closure for peace of mind.

No, he didn't find anyone else. At the end of the day I just wasn't worth the fight or just wasn't worth it, PERIOD. It'd just be nice to hear an actual reason as to why but whatever! Guys, give girls as legit reason when you break-up with them, it helps
