What Annoyed you today

I'm annoyed with my back.

Now that I have a standing up job it has gotten worse. So I went to the chiropractor yesterday and he did some shifting to my back. Last night I went to the laundry and had the worst attack on my back I have ever gotten. My back froze up and I could not move. My boyfriend guided me to sit down and the pain just got worse. It was horrible.

I'm supposed to go back today, but he charges 100 dollars per visit, and I dont have that money. I dnt even want to go back after what happened last night. I mean wtf that shit HURT so bad I couldnt even speak. Now I missed a day of work today cuz he made me. Which is another thing that sucks. I just started and I'm already getting sick days. I fear that I get fired cuz a older cashier told me they fired a girl cuz she didnt stop someone from going through the metal detectors when we have security jobs and that is their job. It's not in our job description to do so. So now I'm worried as hell.

have you tried stretching. yoga is pretty much the only thing that has helped with my back pain long term. swimming helps too.

Well my job provides classes that we have to take and they showed us some back exercises to prevent back pain, bu I already have it lol.

I'll try the beach though, haven't been there in a while.

I cant touch my toes. When I reach a little past my knees my back kicks in.

Is it muscular pain or nerve pain (burning, shooting, etc.) If it is nerve-related pain, you might want to avoid exercise until the pain is gone or you could make it worse. I also wouldn't trust a chiropractor with nerve pain. You should see a physician.

I went about three days on six hours sleep. Last night I passed out on the couch and didn't wake up for 14 hours. Now I feel like absolute shit. My head is swimming and my guts are rumbling.

What annoyed me today... Probably my Lieutenant and his bad jokes. They always get on my nerves but today they just drove me mad! I wanted to slap him silly!!
