    I had to send a poor little old lady with a brain bleed to ICU today when she went into respiratory failure. She was smiling at me the whole time, even when I had to shove a tube down her nose into her windpipe to suction her.

    Ahh, well. At least she was alive.

    Went for a 3-hour bike ride, 2 hours of MA training today and I can barely move. Tomorrow should be interesting. Think I'll consume prophylactic advil + whiskey.
    Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

    just finished my mid semester exams, and realised that its week 6 out of 14 weeks. I have 7 more weeks before my final exams before I start full time work. This realisation is causing me to almost panic. I feel uncomfortable.

    our hot water isn't working. when you've got to wash your hair that's below the waist it becomes a bit of a PAIN.

    Ugh, I found out for just my British lit course, I will be studying 33 texts. Not just little snippets of joy, either. We're covering all the literature from the middle ages up until now. God damnit, I've never read so many books at once. This is gonna suck ass.
