I think you should ask the women what they think. Personally I don't really care why they wear it so long as it's their decision.

Never had any broken bones, but yes to the flu shot. I am a germ magnet, and I would be sick all winter without.

Should I stay completely sober or drink every once in a while?

Drink once in a while; trying to maintain complete sobriety (abstinence, really) is setting yourself up for a fall. Sobriety and drinking are not necessarily mutually exclusive, in any practical way. Yes, you can get all pedantic and claim that even a single molecule of alcohol can influence the release/uptake of at least one neurotransmitter, thereby "affecting" you, but in practice, moderated amounts are perfectly acceptable and won't affect your functional sobriety. ...I sound like jurupa...

Should I go out with this girl that most definitely wants me as a boyfriend, when I really just want a low-key see-you-every-few-weeks acquaintance with sex on the side? I don't want to lead her on too much, but I feel I need to go out on at least one date to broach the subject.

My bf's father offered to pick me up at the airport in San Diego when I go to Meet the Parents in December. The bf won't be there yet. Is this a really interesting opportunity to meet someone's parents in a completely unusual way or just plain weird?

Do you think the elderly should have the right to end their own lives?

I favor allowing people to choose. My uncle lived in Oregon where euthanasia is legal, and he was dying of cancer, and he chose to do it. It was really freakin' weird.

Even though I believe everyone should be allowed to choose, I would not be willing to actively help someone do it.

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

I wish I had some but I really don't.

If you had to die in 1 minute and a tornado was raging right outside your house would you run into it and end it all with style?

I'd like to think I would, but I'd probably stay in the house because my will to live is stronger than my will to be cool.
