I personally refuse to date skinny girls for the same reason I refuse to date fat girls. Something in between is ideal. Self starvation as well as over consumption reveal much deeper more disgusting personality traits and a lack of self respect IMO. A nice thick girl really sets me off though. Mmmmm.

Misombra is right, but she also needs to hang out with girls who don't reinforce her negative body image by paying too much attention to it. So basically, Lilwing, there is nothing you can do, except perhaps tell her you won't date her if she loses any more weight, but that might not work.
