Only in areas like engineering, where employers and schools are going waaaaaay out of their way to hire women for such positions, but that's women in general and not just white women. A black or hispanic women would benefit more.
When Kodak came in to talk to us during career day in high school, they told us specifically "If you are a girl, Kodak is now more than ever looking to hire women as engineers so this is a great time to think about it!". You think that right now Kodak would be more worried about sucking balls and failing to make a profit for the last 10 years than hiring someone without regard to credentials. Kodak is so poorly managed it makes me sick to think of how badly people at the top have ****ed up
