Not really, because that is a risk known by both parties. Cheating on someone then giving them an STD isn't just a breach of trust (which getting someone accidentally pregnant isn't), it is a huge breach of trust

There's a magnitude of difference between contracting an STD with a girl who was ignorant of her condition and contracting an STD from a girl who knew full well but chose not to tell you. I'd be pissed in the first case. I'd be nearly homicidal in the second.

Not really, if a person knowingly has a disease, and fails to tell you. That's one thing. Failing to use adequate protection falls on both parties.
