Sometimes because of the temperature. But be careful and observe of what you eat. Avoid shrimps, squid. It will make worse.
Try growing some cubensis mushrooms from your toenails, at least it will have some use.

The guy i'm seeing has eczema, i just found out yesterday since it recently came back on his fore-arms. He hasn't had it in years so really it could be anything triggering it. I'd suggest you go to a dermatologist.
Eczema (I believe) is believed to be triggered by an allergic reaction. I know my kid's allergist seems to think his eczema will be better after he is done taking his allergy-therapy.
i get eczema usually when stressed or not getting good quality sleep.....though sometimes it can be a reaction to a chemical (something in a body lotion or household cleaning product)....
the only thing that works for me to get rid of it is to mix equal parts of aloe vera gel and evening primrose oil and apply to the area....it takes a few applications over a few days but it works....and the great thing is it is a natural remedy so no chances of side affects!
consult a doctor..that would be better
