indians come from a really poor country, it takes time to adjust to new environment, most likely those who leave the thrash behind are recent immigrants, anyone coming from any poor country will probably do the same thing

on a seperate note, i must admit that indians on average are more intelligent then pakistanis, but over all (pakistanis) as a community are not doing too bad in america or Canada either.
