LF Poll --- Are you a smoker?

I smoke 20 a day. I run 8 miles a day easily, but I dont want my son growing up watching me smoke...and its getting colder over here as winter approaches and I dont really enjoy being stood outside in the cold so my last cigarette will be on 31/08/2011. From then on its cold turkey, I have done it once so can do it again.

Smoked for two weeks whilst on holiday as an 18yo. came back, and never smoked again.

It wasn't for me.

As a non-smoker, being around smokers isn't always pleasant.

Kissing someone who smokes is even less pleasant; people's mouths were not meant to taste of ashtrays and cancer :-/

Well, l have a varied diet ... :-D

I know what ashtrays smell like, so l am guessing the flavour may be reminiscent, although l am not willing to give it a go.

As for cancer, well, that's the best way l can find to describe it; just a toxic, unnatural aftertaste that reminds me that smoking kills ;-/

Yeah... just a pet peeve of mine. Like when somebody says "This tastes like shit!" I usually ask 'em when the last time they ate shit was. :-D
