Well after you've been here awhile, and several sexual favors later; you go through a vigorous time trail of replying to faux insults/matters, that a real moderator would potentally have to go through, each and every day.
After you make it through there, you have an Interview with LoveAdmin to make sure your really prepared for the job, and just go over a few things before things go into effect. There after once Loveadmin decides if your qualified for the job, you will pick one of the forums actual mods, and spend a week with him/her trying to impress. Once you do this, the voting begins...and you wait for the answer
