A lack of intellect/knowledge.....how does in not mean that again? Emotion is just their pointlessly...You are dead with out emotion so no one lacks it.

A lack of intellect/knowledge doesn't necessarily mean stupid. You can have good common sense etc etc.

But normally people say shallow to mean that the person its directed at only cares about looks and reputation etc. things that are often seen as unimportant when compared to things like being able to empathise, having a good nature, yatta.

Ie. dumping a girl because she is physically unattractive despite being highly intelligent and kind, and then going out with someone who is attractive and is unintelligent and kind.

Thats my version of shallow anyway. It might not be right...:S

I am very shallow then by your definition. There is no way that I can be with someone ( especially sexually) if I am not attracted to them. Not to mention that I seem to meet a LOT of nice and "smart(what ever that means)" girls but the attractive ones are becoming scarce and rare

I have not done anything with her though so wahts your point? I love her but I dis-like her attitude towards sex.
