Exciting Trips

new orleans- the swamp, the cajun accents, the crocodiles.. bourbon street, men dancing on stage with only a thong (yes, only a thong!), seeing my first pair of women's breast (other than my own), my first happy hour, meeting a guy who hit on my friend, and when she went to the bathroom, moved in on me and sniffed my hair (yuck!), the art shops, running into that actress from sabrina (the aunt with the screech voice)

pennsylvania- i like the cows, the horses, the green fields, seeing the underground cave, listening to that comedian, Mitch something or other, along the way.. hitting 100 mph for the first time, what a rush... thinking that this girl i was dancing with likes me because she followed me back to the table, then wondering if maybe i like her too because i've been thinking about her since. listening to george lopez on the way back.

montreal- nice clean streets, easy to change money, attempting to speak french, drinking chai latte in a big mug, trying to figure out how the heck the meter works... walking down st. catherine, sipping margaritas at the casino.

d.c.- seeing all the monuments, don't like it very much though

ny- ahh, hanging out at copacabana, finding two other guys who danced on 1, listening to willie colon sing, playing the trumpet. trying to figure out how to stop dancing with this guy who kept sniffing my hair, and kissing my head. i keep pulling away but his grip was too tight, till my friend rescued me. appreciating merengue for the first time.

new hampshire- skiing, all the skiing, the snow, watching as my friend struggled to stay on the slope, playing chess with shot glasses filled with tequila and spiked punch..

vermont- losing that damn soccer game to norwich u when it's cold and snowing, more cows, the flaming yellow and orange leaves as we drove back to ma

connecticut- winning that soccer tournament, first time played soccer in the rain.. team bonding.

atlantic city, new jersey- the beautiful houses, cheap motels, going in the casino even though we were underage, almost getting into a bad accident.

camden, maine- snow-tubing, lighthouse, eating smoked mussel and trout..

the northwest is probably the must beautiful terrain i've ever seen. the people are really nice for the most part too. there's beautiful mountains, beach, greenery, fruit, it's beautiful. northern california and up. gorgeous stuff...
