What do I do about this girl and what can I do about myself?

I can't stop thinking about her. And I don't want to push her away. And I can't talk to her. It's so hard. I feel like crying. I know that I have to do something, but she hasn't stayed over in a while.

She just talked to me again and she said that she noticed that I was sad after we cuddled. She felt that she was already kinda ruining our friendship. She told me that she wasn't playing games with me and that she will stop doing it now.
