I tend to eat too much all the time, especially when I eat at thanksgiving. I just went to Olive gardens tonight and I actually forced myself to eat until I was content. And Im glad I did. (This does not mean im fat!! lol I only weigh 160 and Im 6'1" just a random FYI)
