I can't find my nail file and it's slowly driving me insane. I can feel the ragged edges on the nail I tore a while ago and it's hard to focus on anything else. It's almost the same sensation as having an itchy tag on your clothes but it's right on the end of my finger.

and before anyone says 'you can't feel your finger nails', yes I can. I have sensory processing issues and it makes me more sensitive to some things and I seem to be having a super sensitive day. In the past when I have had to be connected to drips I can feel the saline going into my blood stream, it burns. I can not stand to touch steel wool, and have to attach it to a scrubbing brush to use it. I never open the curtains or blinds all the way because I can't focus with too much light (no wonder I did horribly at school!). Today, my clothes just don't feel right. My track pants seem not as soft as usual and my baggy jumper seems clingy. My bra straps won't stay where I want them too... and no going naked isn't an option. That just brings another whole barrage of sensory attacks.

Hmmmm, I hope nothing else goes wrong today. I don't know if I would cope too well. I hope tomorrow is less sensory too.

I gave up going to Greece with my mates to go to Cyprus with my sister. Today she tells me she actually can't take time off work so we're not going anywhere anymore. I just wish she woulda thought of that before making me cancel my other trip.
