OK now I'm getting upset again, even thought we could ahve a house here by summer our current landlord is being such a prick we really ahve no choice but to find another house to rent for the time being while we are looking for another hosue to buy!

This sucks, I don't want to put anymore money down the drain than what we have to but I don't feel comfortable living here anymore. All of a sudden a ton of things are going wrong with this house and he's accusing us of doing these things. It's all normal wear and tear but, god I dislike this guy!!!!!

I've never had a problem with any landlord before. But this guys is just a joke. He's the type that does stuff half ass and then when it breaks or needs repair he won't do anything about if for moths at a time, or he will try and make us pay for stuff and accuse us of damaging his house.. blah blah he's such and ass. It just sucks we have to look for another house to rent instead of just buying one within the next few months!
