Henry, I think what she means is that adults DO get raped. Molestation is a word specifically used for the underaged. I think she's trying to underscore the fact that Taranee is 23 and is old enough to say no, even say HELL NO, and needs to stop acting like a little girl because she's diminishing her own power in the situation.

If her father is, in actuality, checking her out sexually, she's old enough to get the **** out of there.

Uhh, yes, they do. That would be the non-consensual type. Read my post again. At the age of 23, you either consent, or you don't (rape). The dynamic of power imbalance in a child-adult sex scenario is gone, and therefore cannot be a child molestation, which is what YOU were trying to suggest.
